Description

BelleMax hair and scalp oil is a blend of ancestral knowledge and modern science. Packed with herbs and oils, this powerful formulation helps to hydrate the scalp while stimulating hair growth.

How to use?
Apply to dry hair. Section hair in the middle using a comb and apply directly on the scalp using the dropper. Keep sectioning hair until the treatment is applied to all parts of the scalp. Massage the scalp for 3-5 minutes. Leave in for 2 to 3 hours. Store in a cool, dry place (away from sunlight).

What’s in it?
Castor oil: Ricinus Communis Seed Oil is high in Vitamin E, Omega 6 & 9, and ricinoleic acid. Ricinoleic acid balances the scalp’s pH level, providing the perfect conditions for hair growth. This ingredient is key in combating thinning hair and bald patches.

Jojoba oil: Simmondsia chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil Oil  is likely very helpful in treating dry scalp and dandruff issues. It’s also rich in vitamins and minerals that nourish hair over time.

Sesame oil: Sesamum Indicum Seed Oil The fatty acids in sesame oil help it to get deep into the skin. Inflammation and irritation on the scalp and around the hair roots can cause hair to fall out or thin in patches. Fatty acids help to soothe and heal the scalp and roots. Sesame oil may improve small, bald patches, or areas of thinning hair.

Kukui oil: Aleurites moluccana Kukui exhi It is an excellent moisturizer, and is suited for dry or damaged skin and hair. This oil may be the finest oil on the planet for rejuvenation of skin, hair and nails.

Aloe Vera infused oil: Aloe barbadensis oil Aloe Vera contains proteolytic enzymes, these are known to not only to repair dead skin cells on the scalp, but also stimulates dormant hair follicles, promoting hair growth. In addition to this, it also curbs hair shed, ensuring hair remains voluminous.

Pumpkin oil: Curcubita pepo (pumpkin) seed oil

Coffee bean oil: Coffea Arabica (Coffee) Seed Oil increases the blood circulation on the scalp. This is important with hair growth because, without proper circulation, the hair doesn’t have a prime environment to grow. Research shows that using Caffeine leds to a significant stimulation of hair follicule growth  which may have important clinical impact in the management of AGA.  Links to research here: Effect of caffeine and testosterone on the proliferation of human hair follicles in vitro – Fischer – 2007 – International Journal of Dermatology – Wiley Online Library

Vitamin E: Tocopherol is an antioxidant used to promote wound healing, skin cell regeneration and fight inflammation. Vitamin E protects the tissue from radical damage and helps to nourish the skin. Also serves as an additive to prolong the shelf life of the product.

Eucalyptus oil: Eucalyptus globulus Ricinus Communis Seed Oil :

  • Advocates of using eucalyptus oil to apply to hair suggest that it stimulates hair follicles
  • Improves hair health, promotes hair growth, relieves itchy scalp and treats head lice.

Cinnamon & cloves oil: Cinnamomum Zeylanicum Bark Eugenia Caryophyllus Ricinus Communis Seed Oil When applied to the scalp, cinnamon may stimulate circulation. This could encourage hair growth and reduce hair loss. It also has antifungal properties, which might help treat dandruff caused by Malassezia, a type of fungus.

Horsetail oil: Equisetum Arvense  Ricinus Communis Seed Oil: It helps with hair loss and promote hair growth

Rosemary oil: Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Oil Ricinus Communis Seed Oil has anti-inflammatory properties, promote nerve growth, improves circulation and as a result, prevents hair follicles from being starved of blood supply, dying off, and leading to hair loss. It also helps dry or itchy scalp. Rosemery has the same effects are Minoxidil which is one of the only approved treatments for Androgenetic alopecia (AGA)
